We use to be into another industry but some day someone asked for Some Cartons Of these Commodities for Domestic Purchasing in which we had never dealt and Had No Clue but still said let’s Explore and reached to Purchase and get commodities of Cartons of other brand to supply
All refused to give us material as we were New and Others were 20 years to 60 years Old and Brand Owner said WE CANT GIVE YOU MATERIAL AS WE HAVE OUR OWN NETWORKS BIG AND OLD AND SET , SO WE HAVE NO NEED OF YOUR SUPPORT AND CANT GIVE STOCKS TO YOU AS WE HAVE NO PLACE FOR NEW COMERS
We Understood that We can’t Be born 20 to 60 years Back to start Today , so We order a large Quantity More than the existing size of market Held by that Brand and Approached them Again , they found Order Lucrative and Gave Us a higher Price Rates Than CNF and Targets which they knew were not Reachable or Achievable by New Comers and Said if we may afford the TERMS of the Big order Pick Up Quantities Asked by Company then Only to Talk Business ahead with them ,Take it Or Leave it , As We Had Never Sold Even a POUCH OR PACKET OF THE COMMODITY EARLIER , We thought and said We are Ok ,Give Us The Rates as we Don’t Know What is the CNF Rates of the Product so Once you Disclose First Rates then we will be able to judge when you tell us how much Higher We are Getting Now as We don’t know Actual CNF Rates , As We have to Pick up Larger Quantities than the Companies Full Product Sale in Itself in the Market we Planned to cater to what we were dealing for with this Brand , so we were given a target Un achievable as the Company was not even selling that much as they asked us to take continuous Every Month Higher than their Own Sale
We then Gave it a thought in 10 Minutes Spoke to Our Required Lobby Who asked and Took a Spontaneous Decision to take and Comply All Terms from Financial Payments and Also Higher rates and We TOOK The Deal
To be known to all The Company and Brand We Approached had Dictated the Impossible , Now it Was CLEAR If We can agree to their Quantity Picked as told and All compliances Done WE have a Deal and soon we got Stocks and rates were higher than their existing Dealers , It Was a Gamble we played in a way not knowing that We may Recover our loss On HIGHER PRICES PURCHASED as the commitment was MADE , We Kept Our PART of Bargain With the Brand TOOK STOCKS Continuous every Week and kept taking , We Soon in a Month Cracked The Deal and Got CNF RATES FINALLY As NEW COMERS Which Turned into A Game Changer after a Month, We Realized that if we can come to buy More after this sale at these higher rates then we are at rates of CNF after ONE Month and we will get Privileges , and soon we thought and achieved the same as this Quantity Got us to be ONE SIDED GAME CHANGER , The Owner Controls the Dispatch Quantity SUPPLIED to any CNF to Keep Control of the Material Stocks and Sales Keeping These Strings We learnt More on Ground Realities Faced by CNF ( Carry and Forwarder ) / WD (Wholesale Distributor) / WS (Wholesaler) / R ( RETAILER ) and We Were in the GAME , We started Taking More Quantity For that state put together all their OLD Networks and CNF Could Not Cater also , which Gave a value to Our Name and Sale network in the Eyes of the Brand owner and Market , Soon we Did Trading for Experience and Made Small commissions of Giving Networks to Other Brands in Exports for Free , Soon we started to Make Our Brands in the thought We NOT being 60 years but we Broke into a system by taking stocks at Higher Prices and Achieving Targets More the Brand itself Put Together, Then we started to Maintain PR (PUBLIC RELATIONS and PERSONAL RELATIONS Developing a Network to set New Benchmarks In the Industry , Finding the Best New Comers and Team to put Together an Amazing Network THE BRAND " APNA GAJAB " Having AROUND 30 Products and More than 10 Brands in the Group , HAVING all Products With Amazing Quality And Appreciated Flavors , The Moral Of THE STORY is that Nothing is not achievable Nor impossible , it’s just if you are Truthful adamant and Hard Working to Achieve what you Plan as Your Goal it’s Achievable also Never compromise in With ethics for a higher Returns , If you want to do any business and People don’t supply you the Product due to being a New comer Then don’t loose Hope make the product yourself with full R & D Even If You Start Smaller and You can make Your own brands YOURSELF , SALE Has NO ROCKET SCIENCE its only that you know " You should be courteous ' You should " know Your Plan Of Action " and Most Of all " You Should Know Your Product Well " with Knowing which Market to Place It to which Audience AND Size , To target Quantity Or Quality Up to You ,always You should use The right Approach and Have the Right Time Spend With the Right Business People in Networking Developing it with dedication and Keep the Path Always Truthful One day it will Happen For SURE , For Some it takes time a bit Later For Some it Happens Sooner ....
